Terms and Conditions

50% of the total amount is to be paid at booking to hold the dates. The additional 50% plus any cleaning fees are to be collected no later than 15 days prior to check in. A $750 hold will be placed on the card used for payment on the day of check in for a security deposit. This hold will be reversed 3 days after check out once no damages are confirmed. All deposits are fully refundable with a cancellation prior to 60 days from check-in date. A cancellation with in 60 days of the check-in date will result in a forfeiture of the initial deposit, unless owner is able to rebook the original booked dates at the same rate. If a shorter time frame or a lower rate is booked for the dates the difference of the initial deposit and lost revenue for will be refunded.
